"Bengals in Boise"

Six-person scramble set for Saturday, May 21 at the Banbury Golf Club.

POCATELLO, ID - Idaho State University will host their Bengals in Boise Scholarship Golf Tournament at the Banbury Golf Club on Saturday, May 21.  Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the student-athlete scholarship fund at Idaho State.

The format for the tournament is a six-person scramble.  Entry fees are set at $90 per person, or $540 per team.  Each entry includes 18 holes of golf plus the use of a cart, tee prizes, range practice, lunch, beverages, and admittance to the Key Bank Welcome Reception & Auction on Friday, May 20th.  The reception on Friday will also take place at Banbury and will begin at 6:30 pm.  Participants, ISU Alumni, and friends are invited.

Director of Athletics Paul A. Bubb will be in attendance along with head coaches Larry Lewis, Doug Oliver, and Dave Molitor.  Also on hand will be Jared Allen, who was drafted out of Idaho State in the 4th round by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2004, and was named to the NFL's All-Rookie team last season as a defensive end.  Allen will be auctioning off a trip to Kansas City for a Chiefs home game.
