In this week's edition of the Bengal Chat, ISU cheerleader, Liz Belliston, tells us what it's like on top of the pyramid, whether cheerleading is a sport, and what it is about her uniform that makes her panic.

Liz is a sophomore from Heyburn, Idaho. She is majoring in health care administration. This is her second year on the team.

Bengal - Let's go over some favorites. Color?

Belliston - Orange and pink.

Bengal - Sitcom?

Belliston - Friends. I fall asleep to it every night.

Bengal - Food?

Belliston - Tomatoes and turkey sandwiches.

Bengal - Actor?

Belliston - Brad Pitt.

Bengal - Did you ever play any other sports?

Belliston - I played softball for 1 year in high school, but it's pretty much just cheerleading.

Bengal - Why did you choose ISU?

Belliston - My major and the fact that it's close to home.

Bengal - What is your favorite sport to cheer at?

Belliston - Men's basketball.

Bengal - Any sport you'd like to cheer at that you don't?

Belliston - I think it would be fun to go watch soccer games as a team.

Bengal - Have any idea how high you get thrown?

Belliston - I really don't. Sometimes people say that stunts are really high but they don't feel any different.

Bengal - Have you been dropped a lot?

Belliston - No. Even if the stunt falls, you get caught.

Bengal - Most embarrassing moment in cheering?

Belliston - I have a good one. It was last year at a football game so I was a freshman. We were doing a "run forest run" theme where we run up other peoples' backs. I tripped and fell and then I got flustered and didn't know what to do.

Bengal - Have you been injured while cheering?

Belliston - I've been hurt twice this year. I broke my hand and sprained my ankle. They both happened during workouts and not while cheering.

Bengal - How often do you get taken out on the sideline?
