Flu season has hit Pocatello and ISU's health center is ready with a full supply of flu shots. Flu shots are available to all of ISU's students, faculty, staff, and their spouses. Health insurance is not required. All that is required is a valid Bengal card.
Since the fall semester began, groups preaching and promoting their religious beliefs has been quite common at ISU. The question arose as to whether these groups and individuals are required to obtain permission through the university in order to promote their religious agendas on campus.

For the last 13 years, hundreds of students have participated in the Student Involvement Center's Alternative Spring Break or ASB. ASB is an affordable way to travel on your spring break while doing something great for your common man. Students that attend the event go for their spring break and while their experiencing the culture, ethnicity, and architecture of their location they also are contributing to the betterment of food banks, homelessness, and house repair.
If your from Idaho, this national- and worldwide-week-long event is probably new to you. Although this event has been celebrated since 1994, it was not indoctrinated until Governor Jim Risch put it into place in 2006. Character Counts week is an annual celebration from Oct 21 to 27 to teach ethics and character education through out the nation.
