Ø On 10/22/07 at approximately 1:34 p.m. at the G11 Lot, Public Safety discovered a vehicle with a forged permit. The Driver of the vehicle was contacted and received an ISU Parking Citation for using an altered/forged permit. Case referred to the Dean of Students.

Ø On 10/23/07 at approximately 12:01 p.m. at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of a theft of ISU property from an off-campus location.

Ø On 10/23/07 at approximately 4:50 p.m. at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of harassment.

Ø On 10/23/07 at approximately 10:22 p.m. at the Rendezvous Complex, Public Safety responded to a report of suspicious circumstance, drug paraphernalia.

Ø On 10/24/07 at approximately 4:08 a.m. at Turner Hall, Public Safety responded to take a report of a student who was very ill and needed to be transported to the hospital. Emergency Medical Services was contacted and responded to check out the individual. Public Safety then transported the individual to Portneuf Medical Center and cleared from the scene.

Ø On 10/24/07 at approximately 12:38 p.m. at the Rendezvous Center, Public Safety responded to a report of an individual having a seizure. Pocatello Emergency Medical Services was contacted and responded to treat the individual.

Ø On 10/24/07 at approximately 11:00 p.m. at Owen Hall, Public Safety responded to assist Pocatello Police Department who had received a report of an ISU student possibly being suicidal. Pocatello Police Department later made contact with the individual who denied being suicidal. Case referred to the Dean of Students, Housing, and PPD.

Ø On 10/25/07 at approximately 10:09 a.m. in the G14 Lot, Public Safety took a report of a possible stolen vehicle. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded to the scene. It was later discovered that the vehicle had not been stolen, but parked in a different parking lot than what was originally believed.

Ø On 10/25/07 at approximately 2:05 p.m. at Gravely Hall, Public Safety responded to perform a welfare check on an ISU student. Pocatello Police Department was contacted and responded to the scene. The student was placed into protective custody by Pocatello Police Department and then transported to Portneuf Medical Center. Case referred to Portneuf Medical Center and Pocatello Police Department.
