On 11/03/07 at approximately 9:39 p.m. at Redfield, Public Safety took a report of a theft. It was discovered the theft took place off campus at the Carmike 10 Theater, and the victim was advised to contact the Chubbuck Police.

On 11/05/07 at approximately 9:35 a.m. at the Roy F. Christensen Building, Public Safety responded to a report of suspicious phone calls.

On 11/05/07 at approximately 9:52 a.m. at Holt Arena, Public Safety took a report of suspicious e-mails. Case referred to day shift on 11/06/07.

On 11/06/07 at approximately 6:59 a.m. on Stacy Dragila Way, an ISU citation was issued to an ISU student for traveling 36 mph in a posted 15 mph zone. The student also received ISU verbal warnings for failing to stop at a posted stop sign, expired vehicle registration, and for not carrying a driver license.

On 11/06/07 at approximately 5:03 p.m. in the Leonard Hall Pharmacy Building, Public Safety responded to a report of a possibly volatile chemical in a lounge area. The substance was examined and the area was sealed off until the chemical could be removed. Public Safety cleared from the area. Case referred to the Pocatello Fire Department, ISU Technical Safety and Facilities Services.

On 11/06/07 at approximately 10:29 p.m. in the Pond Student Union Building, Public Safety contacted an ISU student to take a report of a stolen i-pod. Pocatello Police also responded to take a report.

On 11/07/07 at approximately 3:23 a.m. at University Courts, Public Safety responded to a report of suspicious noises.

On 11/07/07 at approximately 3:22 p.m. at Central Operations, Public Safety took a report of an ISU student that was nearly struck by a vehicle while crossing the street in a crosswalk. The driver of the vehicle was contacted and advised to be more cautious when driving through campus.

On 11/07/07 at approximately 3:26 p.m. at the Vocation Arts Building, Public Safety took a report of an industrial accident involving an ISU student. The individual was transported to the Student Health Center.
