Cute, blonde, and athletic are just a few words that can be used to describe not one, but two of the Brown sisters. These bubbly girls are very involved in various activities at ISU. Christina is a sprinter on the ISU track and field team and Angela is involved on the cheer squad. The dynamic duo are great friends and can be seen as the center of attention on the ISU campus.

Bengal: Where did you grow up?
Christina: We grew up in Filer, Idaho.
Bengal: What enticed you to come to ISU?
Christina: The track program is the first thing, and they have a good health program for education.
Bengal: How many girls are in your family?
Christina: I have two older sisters and one younger sister.
Bengal: How did your dad put up with so many girls?
Christina: He just had to take it as it came. He is very good with girls and he is very sensitive to our needs. His name is Charlie Brown so he has pretty good humor. A lot of my humor comes from him.
Bengal: What made you and Angela want to live together here at ISU?
Christina: We always got along really well growing up so, why not? Sisters are the best roommates in my experience. We buy groceries together and I always know when my stuff gets borrowed I will get it back.
Bengal: What is one of your favorite memories with Angela?
Christina: It kind of happens often; it is when we start laughing and we cannot stop laughing and we just egg each other on. It is just a little tiny thing but everyone thinks it's funny.
Bengal: How does Angela support you as you compete on the track and field team?
Christina: She always dresses up and cheers for me at the meets. She supports me off of the track ,too. When I have a bad day at practice she is the only one I talk to about it.
Bengal: What type of guy do you see Angela attracted to?
Christina: Pretty boys.
Bengal: What types of activities do you two do together?
Christina: Pretty much everything. We go grocery shopping and regular shopping together. We are going to Phoenix together for spring break. We go to movies and a lot of things. We are like best friends. Also, travel camps have brought us together, and I have helped her become more independent.
Bengal: What other sports and activities have you involved in?
Christina: I did volleyball, basketball, track and cheerleading. I played softball when I was little. I was in gymnastics and dance. I was a student body president. There was FCCLA, BPA, key club, national honors society. Here there is SAC, dietetics club, and intramurals.
Bengal: Are you looking forward to the track and field outdoor season?
Christina: Yeah, I am ready for it.
Bengal: How has family played a role throughout your years at ISU?
Christina: They've been my support system.
Bengal: What are you going to school for?
Christina: Dietetics with a minor in sports management.
Bengal: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Christina: Actually it changes every day. Sometimes I see myself being a dietician and other times I see myself doing communication on TV. My dream job would be an anchor on ESPN.
Bengal: Where do you see Angela in five years?
Christina: She thinks that she is going to be in healthcare administration, or she wants to open up a gym and be a trainer or if she doesn't do healthcare.
Bengal: Can you see yourself living near your sister after you are done with college?
Christina: I want to travel. I want to become my own person and be out on my own.

Bengal: How much older is Christina than you?
Angela: She is three years older.
Bengal: What enticed you to come to ISU for school?
Angela: It was either ISU or BSU and I was planning on cheering at either place. ISU offered a better scholarship and I had two sisters going here. I got to go to school with both of my sisters.
Bengal: What was it like to be the youngest of four girls?
Angela: Of course I was the baby and I was favored a lot. The older sister was the mother of us and she would watch over us. I learned a lot from my sisters and it was interesting to have to follow in their footsteps.
Bengal: How has your mom supported you throughout school?
Angela: It is nice that she does, because not everybody gets that. She has always been there. She is always willing to do stuff for us. She likes coming up because it gives her a chance to get out of the house. She likes us to dress her and pick out clothes.
Bengal: What made you want to live with Christina at ISU?
Angela: I did not want to live in the dorms. I could have lived with someone else but it is a lot easier to see them every day and my mom brings food for us when she comes up.
Bengal: What is one of your favorite moments with Christina?
Angela: She is a funny person. We went up to a BSU game and we planned on hanging out. A friend and I went to go sit in the car and fell asleep. When we woke up at five in the morning Christina was with us and we were in the Wal-mart parking lot in Mountain Home. Christina had decided that she wanted to go home then she got tired and pulled the car over and fell asleep.
Bengal: How does Christina support you with your involvement as a cheerleader?
Angela: Considering that she has been a cheerleader, she knows what it takes to be a cheerleader. Her and her friends made signs for me one time. She comes to the games and cheers for me. She is now assistant coach and that is nice.
Bengal: What type of guy do you see Christina attracted to?
Angela: I know he has to be athletic. I know that she wants her kids to be athletic. He has to be attractive but no specifics like dark hair or dark eyes. A lot of it is his personality because she is bubbly and likes to have fun so she looks for someone like that.
Bengal: What other sports and activities have you involved in?
Angela: I played volleyball, basketball, ran track, danced and did gymnastics. I did FCCLA, student government; I was on the speech team.
Bengal: How has cheer gone as a whole this year?
Angela: You have to be at every game and event and appear at community events. Sometimes there is a load. It was a struggle to lose four girls over the year but would not change anything.
Bengal: Do you see yourself cheering again next year?
Angela: Yes, I do.
Bengal: What are you going to school for?
Angela: Health care administration
Bengal: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Angela: Hopefully I am graduated and I would like to move away. I would like to live in Boise and then end up in a bigger city. I want to have a career. I don't think that I need to rush into marriage any time soon. That will just come.

Bengal: Where do you see Christina in five years?
Angela: She really wants to be an anchor for ESPN. That is her dream job right now. She might find a job in dietetics. She might become an assistant for the Universal Cheerleaders Association. She has to move to Tennessee.
Bengal: Can you see yourself living near your sister after you are done with college?
Angela: My mom is really attached to us and would like us to stay here. I would like to end up in Arizona, California, or Washington or just wherever job opportunities take me.
