While many groups have received money from ASISU's contingency fund this year, the Senate's decision to give the Bengal Dancers $4,921 for championship rings has proved to be particularly controversial. At the end of each year, ASISU has unspent money that they put into a contingency fund that can be spent or saved at the Senate's discretion.
Inside a dark Holt Arena the anticipation was high as the sound of flies was filling the venue. When the lights came on, Eve 6 began to rock the crowd. The certified platinum band was the headlining act of the concert that was held Thursday, April 10 as part of ISU Springfest sponsored by the Student Activities Board.
