Doma becomes first Idaho State women's player in WNBA

Natalie Doma has made a habit of doing things that have never been done before and she has done it again. Shortly after the conclusion of the 2008 WNBA draft, Doma became the first Idaho State Bengals woman to sign a contract with a WNBA franchise when she inked a deal with the Seattle Storm.

Bengal softball finds sunshine and victory

As the Idaho State softball team returned home for a week of games in Pocatello, at times it seemed the weather was a greater foe than the opposing teams. An inch of snow on Monday, April 7, scratched both games against the College of Idaho which will not be made up.

Many college basketball fans would view this year's NCAA tournament in San Antonio as predictable. But, in retrospect, it really wasn't. For the first time since the NCAA tournament began seeding teams, all four number one seeds (North Carolina, Kansas, Memphis, UCLA) made the Final Four.
